Reforming Public Schools in Pakistan is needed to address various challenges that Public Schools face such as:
Decrepit buildings, inadequate facilities, and obsolete equipment hamper effective teaching and learning.
Poor management, lack of accountability, and inefficient decision-making undermine the quality of education.
Insufficient training and development opportunities result in inadequately skilled teachers and lower student performance.
Traditional teaching methods, outdated materials fail to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
Inadequate extracurricular activities deprive students of valuable learning experiences and engagement opportunities.
Low student achievement, high dropout rates, and poor student attendance are common in underperforming schools.
