We are dedicated to ensuring safety and security of students in our schools. Our efforts are vital to protect students, staff, and create a conducive learning environment, deterring threats, minimizing risks, and promoting a sense of well-being, fostering optimal education.
To combat absenteeism and improve student engagement, we introduced sports, art, and exploratory modules. Counseling was implemented for absentees and parents, and a grade promotion policy was set.
In our schools, we prioritized parent involvement. We introduced regular parent-teacher meetings along with other parental involvement sessions and activities. Now, parents are involved in active volunteering, and this has increased their workshop participation.
To combat a culture of convenience and complacency, we implemented teacher-led committees, ongoing development opportunities, vision setting exercises, and staff appreciation events to foster staff ownership and a positive peer learning culture.
We tackled teacher absenteeism, lateness, and class-skipping by implementing a monitoring system. Section Heads and our staff ensured teacher attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
