Zindagi Trust is looking for a Program Officer for Shangla Girls School & College! If you're passionate about education, program management, and community impact, this is your chance to make a difference.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in program management, education, or development sector roles.
• Strong project management, research, and reporting skills.
• Experience in school operations, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach.
• Ability to monitor projects, document progress, and support program implementation.
• Willingness to travel to Shangla as needed.
