Zindagi Trust is actively seeking a full-time Futsal Coach to be positioned at our adopted government school, Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government Girls Secondary School, located in Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Conduct structured futsal sessions to enhance skills, agility, and game awareness while implementing fitness programs for endurance.
- Team Management & Coaching: Identify and develop young talent, create match strategies, and provide performance feedback.
- Event & Competition Coordination: Organize inter-school/intra-school tournaments and prepare students for competitive events.
- Discipline & Sportsmanship: Instill teamwork, discipline, and sports ethics while ensuring adherence to school sports policies.
- Safety & Equipment Management: Ensure player safety during training and maintain futsal equipment and gear.
Requirements
- Graduation in Physical Education, Health, and Sports Sciences.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong Command in Futsal Techniques and Strategies
