Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive resource development strategy for donor engagement and retention. 
• Work in close coordination with the Communications Manager to:
  • Create and implement fundraising campaigns that are aligned with the Trust’s values
  • Ensure all relevant campaigns are integrated with online donation platforms
  • Track data from donation portals and social media tools to judge the effectiveness of campaigns
• Lead grant writing efforts and identify funding opportunities (national and international) that align with program objectives and funding priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic foundations.
• Manage one-on-one communication with selected donors as needed
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and prospect databases
• Manage and optimize existing online donation gateways and crowdfunding platforms (e.g. GlobalGiving, EasyPay, HBL, etc.) and explore new payment gateways to maximize fundraising through digital campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team for donor-centric campaigns and event planning.
• Oversee outreach activities, including networking and public speaking engagements.

Skills Required:
Fundraising strategy, grant writing, donor relations, partnership management, networking.

Experience:

• 3 – 4 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.
• Strong networking and partnership management abilities.
