| Four students from the SMB Fatima Jinnah Government School participated in the Pakistan Chess Players Association (PCPA) Open Chess Championship, Zahiruddin Farooqui Trophy from the 2nd to the 5th of February at the Beach Luxury Hotel in Karachi. With 67 contestants from across Pakistan and a total prize-money of 200K to be disbursed for the top 16 positions, it was an honour for our young students from Classes 8, 9, and 10 to rub their shoulders with some of the best young chess players in the country. |
