Zindagi Trust’s schools across Pakistan celebrated Pakistan Day on the 23rd of March to commemorate the Lahore Resolution of 1940. The students paid homage to the founding fathers of the nation & learned about the historical events leading to the Pakistan Movement.
Students of different age groups performed tableaus and skits, delivered speeches & participated in quiz competitions to highlight the importance of independence which was made possible by the great leaders' struggle and sacrifices of the nation’s forefathers. These activities to remember the history of the making of Pakistan were integrated into their Urdu & Social Studies classes.
